Monica has been on three Food Network Cake Challenge programs as the assistant to
Jennifer Matsubara owner of Shelby Lynn's Cake Shoppe in Springdale, Arkansas.
Together they have won twice with a prize of $10,000 each episode and took second
on the third episode.

| We were a proud banner sponsor of the July Jubilee Street dance on Friday July 9. We stayed open later in the evening so you could stop in and pick up some sugar. We also sold ladies "Say It With Sugar" shirts. |
| Help us support Laps for Little Ones for The Little Light House- Denton. This is a Christian developmental center for children with special needs. | We participated in Boo On Ballard on October 28, 2010. Presented by the Wylie Downtown Merchants Association, the Downtown Trick or Treat and Family Festival is a safe trick or treat alternative for Wylie families as they can walk through downtown and receive candy and treats from local merchants. |
